Welcome to Trojan Travel. We are happy to serve as your concierge for our alumni tours and are available by email and phone during regular business hours.

Office Hours: Trojan Travel is a program of the USC Alumni Association and our office is located in the Epstein Family Alumni Center. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Pacific time zone). The office follows the main university holiday schedule.

Mailing List Updates: For changes, including address updates or to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to alumni@usc.edu Please note that due to the timing of our mailing list submissions, it can take 2-3 months to be fully removed and we appreciate your patience during that time.

Tour Reservations: Details for our tours can be found on the specific tour pages, along with partner website links and copies of the brochures. Reservations should be made through our travel partners and can be made online or over the telephone, however this varies by tour operator.

Existing Reservations: Please contact the Tour Operator directly. Your passenger service representative’s contact details can be found on your tour confirmation. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
