Our travel partners are committed to providing you a safe journey, however there are many factors beyond their control. We ask that you do your part to follow the guidelines and rules presented to you to help ensure that each group has an enjoyable experience.

Travel Insurance Questions

Now, more than ever, travel insurance is recommended. If you have a policy for a tour that has been changed, please be sure to contact your provider as soon as possible to take care of any changes that may need to be made. For policies with USI, there is a customer service team available, Monday ~ Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Please call (800) 937-1387 or email for assistance. Due to the high call and email volumes, please expect longer wait times. If the phone line is busy, you are encouraged to submit your questions via email.

Tour Operators and Safety Protocols

Trojan Travel partners with tour operators that specialize in the discerning alumni travel market. The number one priority for all of us is keeping you healthy and safe during your tour. Please be assured that you will be advised about entry requirements, necessary vaccinations and other health matters prior to departure.

General Travel Guidance

Stay connected to official updates. The U.S. State Department recommends enrolling in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), which provides real-time alerts and helps officials contact you if needed during your travels.

In addition, our trusted tour partners closely monitor conditions in each destination and will keep travelers informed of any necessary changes. If circumstances require adjustments to an itinerary, our partners will make appropriate modifications to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

As with any international trip, it is always wise to stay aware of your surroundings, follow local guidance, and familiarize yourself with the location of the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. A little preparation can help you travel with greater confidence and peace of mind.
