COVID-19 Updates
As the world reopens and travel is once again commonplace, we continue to work closely with our tour operators as news changes to keep you updated. Please know that your safety and comfort in traveling with your fellow Trojans remains our number one priority.
Existing Reservations
Each tour operator will contact travelers directly via email of any status updates for a particular trip. In the event of a postponed or canceled trip, operators will provide you with options for next steps. The decision about what to choose is a personal one. It is important to remember that Trojan Travel is not responsible for trips postponed or canceled by our vendors; all traveler payments are processed by each vendor directly and those specific trip and cancellation policies remain in place.
Required Vaccines, Testing and Travel Regulations
While mandatory testing requirements and other restrictions have been changing quickly, our travel partners are working to ensure that all travelers will have access to the necessary testing as mandated by the United States. Some of our partners are also including supplemental travel insurance to cover expenses related to medical needs or travel delay. Vaccines may be required by our tour operators, cruise lines and/or the countries that we plan to visit. Travelers will be notified about such requirements in as timely manner as possible, however should keep themselves informed as well.
Extended Cancellation Windows
Most of our tour operators and their suppliers have been able to relax the cancellation and final payment windows for upcoming tours. Please refer to the most recent emails from your provider for details.
Applying Travel Vouchers
We encourage you to take advantage of any vouchers you may have received and would love to have you join us on one of our sponsored tours. Please note that vouchers must be redeemed with the same tour operator used in your original booking.
To assist you in making your selection, please follow the links for each tour operator below. Full descriptions of each trip can be found on our website.
Travel Insurance Questions
Now, more than ever, travel insurance is recommended. If you have a policy for a tour that has been changed, please be sure to contact your provider as soon as possible to take care of any changes that may need to be made. For policies with USI, there is a customer service team available, Monday ~ Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Please call (800) 937-1387 or email for assistance. Due to the high call and email volumes, please expect longer wait times. If the phone line is busy, you are encouraged to submit your questions via email.
