Our Travel Commitment
Please know that your safety and comfort in traveling with your fellow Trojans remains our number one priority. Our travel partners are committed to providing you a safe journey, however there are many factors beyond their control. We ask that you do your part to follow the guidelines and rules presented to you to help ensure that each group has an enjoyable experience.
Travel Insurance Questions
Now, more than ever, travel insurance is recommended. If you have a policy for a tour that has been changed, please be sure to contact your provider as soon as possible to take care of any changes that may need to be made. For policies with USI, there is a customer service team available, Monday ~ Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Please call (800) 937-1387 or email for assistance. Due to the high call and email volumes, please expect longer wait times. If the phone line is busy, you are encouraged to submit your questions via email.
Tour Operators and Safety Protocols
Trojan Travel partners with tour operators that specialize in the discerning alumni travel market. The number one priority for all of us is keeping you healthy and safe during your tour. Please be assured that you will be advised about entry requirements, necessary vaccinations and other health matters prior to departure.
General Travel Guidance
Trojan Travel recommends that you check the specific advisory level for your destination before you go. Not all countries will carry the same risk, and conditions can change daily. Second, stay connected to official updates. The State Department recommends enrolling in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), which provides real time alerts and helps officials contact you if there is an emergency. Third, stay aware of your surroundings at all times. Avoid large gathering, monitor local news, and know where the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate is located.
